In this soothing session, Debbie will guide you through the restorative art of hand massage. You will start by learning how to intuitively select the perfect aromatherapy scent using Debbie’s custom-made uplifting, relaxing, and energizing blends.
You will then be guided through calming massage movements and learn how to locate key pressure points. Debbie will teach you which specific areas to work on to help relieve common ailments, including headaches, tummy issues, hayfever, shoulder and neck tension, hip issues, and backache.
Leave feeling completely relaxed, armed with practical new skills and a complimentary hand chart to confidently continue your practice at home.
